This policy explains what information EzoO Bots collects through ezoobots.com, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to give you a licence and support.

This policy is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By submitting the trial form or buying a licence you consent to the use of your data as described here. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).

What we collect

Email address and MT5 account number you enter for a trial or purchase.
The licence key we create for that account and its expiry date.
Your country, worked out from your internet connection when you request a trial.
Your IP address, used only to count trial requests per network per day. This counter is deleted automatically after about 2 days.
Emails you send to our support address.
When paid plans go live: purchase details (plan, amount, date). Card or bank details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

Why we use it

To create your licence key and email it to you.
To make sure each account and email gets only one free trial, and to stop abuse.
To answer your questions and help with setup.
To send emails about your licence (for example, your key or an expiry notice). We do not send marketing emails without your permission.

We do not sell your information and we do not show ads. We use these service providers to run the website:

Cloudflare: website hosting, the trial database and forwarding of support emails.
Resend: sending your licence key email.
Google Fonts and jsDelivr: load fonts and a small script when you open the website, which means your browser contacts them.
A payment provider, once paid plans are available.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies needed for security.

How long we keep it

We keep your email, account number and licence record for as long as your licence is active and afterwards as long as needed to prevent repeat free trials and to keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@ezoobots.com. We may keep a minimal record if the law or fraud prevention requires it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw your consent, nominate another person to act for you, and raise a grievance. Email support@ezoobots.com from the address you used with us. If you are not satisfied with our reply you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. If you live in the EU or the UK you also have the rights given by the GDPR.

Security

Data is stored with Cloudflare, sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and accessible only to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Age

Our products are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please do not use this website or our software.
