Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you use ezoobots.com, start a free trial, or buy a licence for any EzoO Bots Expert Advisor ("EA"), including EzoO Frame. By doing any of these you agree to them.
EzoO Bots is run from India. Questions: support@ezoobots.com.
What we sell
We sell software licences for MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors. A licence lets you run the EA on one MT5 account number for the period of your plan. You are buying the right to use the software, not the software itself and not any trading result.
We do not manage accounts, hold your money, give trading signals or provide investment advice.
Your licence
- Each licence key works on one MT5 account only. Moving it to another account is at our discretion; email support@ezoobots.com.
- The key stops opening new trades after its last valid day. A basket already open at that moment keeps running until it closes.
- Plans are priced in US dollars. Taxes or bank charges added by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
- Lifetime means for as long as the EA and the licence system are offered, not forever under any circumstances.
Free trial
Each MT5 account and each email address can take one free 3-day trial. The key is sent to the email you enter, so it must be a real address you can open. Trials taken with false details, many accounts or automated tools may be blocked.
What you may not do
- Share, sell, rent or publish your licence key or the EA file.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, modify or try to bypass the licence check.
- Copy the EA's logic to build or sell a competing product.
- Use the EA in a way that breaks your broker's rules or the law where you live.
If you break these rules we may cancel your licence without a refund.
Trading risk
- Past performance, backtests, demo results and anything shown on our website are not a promise of future results.
- You choose the account, broker, leverage, lot size and every other setting, and you are fully responsible for your trading results.
- Test on a demo account first and only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your MetaTrader 5, computer or VPS and internet running. The EA only works while MT5 is running with Algo Trading on.
- Check that your broker allows automated trading and the symbols you use.
- Keep your licence key private.
Software provided "as is"
We work hard to keep the EA and this website reliable, but we cannot promise they will be free of errors or always available. Broker conditions, price feeds, slippage, spreads, VPS problems and platform updates can all affect how the EA behaves. We may release updates or change features at any time.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, EzoO Bots is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from using or not being able to use the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or the EA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Users in India
In India, the Reserve Bank of India allows forex trading only through authorised persons and on recognised Indian exchanges, in permitted currency pairs. Trading forex, gold or crypto CFDs on overseas platforms may not be permitted for Indian residents under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. EzoO Bots sells software only and does not arrange any trading account. You alone are responsible for making sure your broker and your trading are legal where you live.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and may be charged in another currency by the payment provider. Any applicable taxes (such as GST for buyers in India) will be shown at checkout. Your bank may add foreign-transaction charges.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Courts in India have jurisdiction. If a problem comes up, please write to us first so we can try to sort it out with you.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under a law that cannot be excluded by contract.
